Vanuatu police say they have received early reports of a landslide, in the wake of Thursday's earthquake.The quake measuring 7.2 on the Richter scale shook the northern town of Luganville on Santo Island.Police say reports so far indicate three people have received minor injuries.The quake caused some damage to businesses and homes and the town's main wharf.Director of Vanuatu's National Disaster Management Office, Job Esau, says there are reports of rural communities on the island experiencing a landslide, but no more details are available at this stage."We have not received much ... on the condition of the people on these areas," he said."The police department has also deployed to some of those rural communities and they will be providing more reports."
